A consultation with me is an intentional lowering into the deep story beneath your everyday life. We follow the threads of depth psychology, archetypal astrology, and mythology to illuminate your personal journey. You come with what is true for you: the loss that undid you, the grief that won't lift, the rage you cannot explain, the longing you have no words for, the dreams that keep returning, the sense that something is dying and you do not yet know what is being born.

Depth Psychology

It is through depth psychology that we enter the territory of what is often hidden: the shadow, the instincts, the buried emotions, the rejected parts of the self. We treat rage, grief, numbness, overwhelm, jealousy, and depression as messengers to be received and learned from. We hold the tension between the "good mother" you were taught to be and the whole mother you are becoming.

We explore what your dreams are saying. What your symptoms might be communicating. Where your vitality is caught in inherited stories or collective expectations. And how the disowned aspects of the maternal psyche might be seeking integration rather than suppression.

Archetypal Astrology

We work with your natal chart, your story written in the sky at the moment you arrived on Earth. Here we read the deep structures of your psyche: your emotional patterns, your instinctual responses, your soul's particular landscape, and the desires that live beneath the surface of your conscious life.

We explore your current transits, the planetary movements in relationship to your natal chart. These illuminate the seasons you are moving through: which archetypal forces are active, what kind of descent is being asked of you, and what this period of your life is demanding. Each planet speaks its own language. Together, we learn to listen.

Mythology

Your life is already mythic. The question is which myth is moving through you, and how you can see it. We explore which goddess or archetypal force is most active in your current season: Is this an Inanna descent, a stripping of identity at each gate? A Demeter search, a grief that has reshaped the world around you? A Kali severing, fierce and compassionate, cutting away what has become overidentified? We look at your maternal lineage: its wounds, its gifts, its silences, its severances, and the hidden wisdom it has been carrying for you.

Who This Is For

You may be in the early years of motherhood, finding that the reality you are living bears little resemblance to the one you expected. You may be navigating loss, a child who has grown away from you, a version of motherhood that has ended, a grief the world does not have language for. You may simply know, somewhere in your body, that what you are experiencing is a passage to be moved through.

What a Consultation Includes

Each session is 90 minutes and is held via video call. We can work as a single consultation or as an ongoing series for those who feel called to explore more deeply.

Single session fee: Sliding scale of $150-$250

Bundle of four 90 minute sessions: Sliding Scale of $600-$900

Bundle of eight 90 minute sessions: Sliding Scale of $800-$1600
